Join a leading national commercial landscape construction company with its head office in Sydney.

Well-established and continuing to grow, this company has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects and has a busy pipeline of work heading into 2026.

They deliver a diverse range of projects, partnering with Tier 1 builders and developers to deliver landscaping packages for large-scale commercial buildings, civil infrastructure, roads, rail, and public spaces.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to join a forward-thinking company setting new benchmarks in commercial landscaping.

They are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join their head office team in Sydney. You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Site Managers, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle and playing a key role in delivering high-profile projects.

This role offers excellent career progression opportunities and the chance to develop into a Project Manager within a supportive, professional environment.

The Role

• Assist with project scheduling, programming, and planning
• Manage material procurement and delivery coordination
• Oversee resource allocation across projects
• Support Site Managers with task delegation
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors
• Track project costs and assist with budget forecasting
• Ensure safety and compliance standards are adhered to
• Conduct quality assurance checks on-site
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery
• Report directly to Project Managers

The Requirements

• 2-3 years as a Site Engineer OR Contract Administrator
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction (Bonus)
• Must have civil and/or landscape construction project experience in Australia
• Drivers license
