Heartland Kia Blacktown is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor

to join our busy dealership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career with a

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop.

You’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience from start to finish,

ensuring our customers feel supported and informed throughout the process.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Greeting customers and managing service bookings

Clearly explaining service requirements and mechanical issues in simple terms

Liaising between technicians and customers to provide accurate updates

Preparing repair orders, quotes, and invoices

Coordinating workshop schedules to maximise efficiency

Building long-term relationships by delivering outstanding customer care

What We’re Looking For

Demonstrated technical knowledge or previous mechanical experience (essential)

A genuine passion for delivering first-class customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while staying organised

A proactive, self-starting attitude with attention to detail

Current NSW Class C Driver’s Licence
