🔧 About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between our customers and our workshop. You’ll ensure each customer receives outstanding service, while keeping our workshop running smoothly and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include:

Greeting customers and managing service bookings.

Explaining mechanical and tyre services in simple, clear language.

Preparing accurate quotes and invoices.

Liaising with mechanics to ensure jobs are completed on time.

Keeping customers updated throughout the service process.

Providing friendly after-service care to build long-term relationships.

👤 About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.

Organised, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks.

Knowledgeable about cars and tyres (preferred but not essential – training provided).

Confident using computers and service management software.

A team player with a positive attitude.
