Known for their quality delivery and strong industry reputation, this contractor is expanding rapidly and has an impressive pipeline of civil infrastructure projects valued up to $40M. Their expertise spans across civil construction, structural concreting, and large-scale landscaping, giving you exposure to a variety of projects that will challenge and grow your skillset.

With plans to double in size and turnover within the next year, our client is entering a major growth phase. This means greater opportunity, faster progression, and the chance to work in an environment where no two projects are the same.

The Role

As a Project Engineer, You will work side by side with experienced Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers on the full lifecycle of civil projects, from planning through to successful delivery, while playing a key role in ensuring outcomes are on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities include:

• Contributing to planning, coordination, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects
• Ensuring projects meet design, quality, and compliance requirements
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders
• Supporting site teams and oversee engineering activities
• Conducting Quality Assurance and WHS checks to ensure project safety and compliance
• Preparing project documentation including Work Method Statements and ITPs

The Like Mind

The ideal candidate will have a proven background as a Project Engineer, with experience in civil infrastructure projects. A tertiary qualification in Project Engineering or a relevant field is essential along with a strong ability to manage projects effectively. Excellent communication skills are key to collaborating with both Project Management and Site Supervisors. This role offers long-term career growth within a supportive, team-focused environment.
