This leading non-bank lender based in the heart of the CBD are looking at taking on multiple Customer Services in a temp or perm capacity to take the next step in their financial services career. About the roles:
This company are taking on multiple opportunities within the customer service sector. Depending on the role, your main responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Provide great customer service over the phone, via email and with the internal teams
• Documentation and administration of the application process
• Build a rapport with all internal and external stakeholders
• Entry of all new loan applications for assessment and insufficient applications
• Admin duties + more

About you:

• Education in relevant field is essential - Certificates, diplomas, Bachelor (commerce, banking & finance, business etc)
• No banking experience necessary! All training provided
• Experience in Customer Service
• A can do attitude with a willingness to learn and progress with a love for all this customer service
• A keen interest in the banking industry, with a view to be there long term
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
