Customer Service/Administration/Operations Officer
About TAMEX:
We are the state's Express Parts and Medical Supplies Specialist, distributing throughout NSW and extending to Southern Queensland and Victoria.
We carry parts for the Resources, Construction, Transport, Automotive, and Agricultural Industries, as well as urgent Medical, Dental and Veterinary supplies. If it's needed first thing and service matters more than price; we carry it. We don't do retail or private work. We do what we do, and no-one does it better.
Our minimum standard is a genuine 99+% plus DIFOT, and near 100% DIF.

About the Role:
You will be part of a small team and work closely with our Office Manager to facilitate job bookings, complete administration tasks and deliver customer service with precision and in a timely, polite manner.
The role will evolve with exposure to operational knowledge that will require accuracy and attention to detail.
Key duties include handling customer inquiries, performing data entry, providing phone support, and managing invoice-related tasks.
You will work roughly 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Starting at 8 AM. You will earn a salary of $78 800
