Improving Lives is expanding with the launch of our new Care & Wellness Facility in December 2025. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team, delivering exceptional home care services and supporting our clients to live independently, safely, and with dignity.

Your Role

- Deliver clinical care and nursing services to clients in their homes.
- Assess, plan, and review care plans in partnership with clients, families, and our care team.
- Provide wound care, medication management, and health monitoring.
- Supervise and support care staff to ensure safe and quality care.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in aged care, home care, or community nursing (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for supporting older people and those living with disabilities.
