About the Role

Our client is a highly regarded residential builder delivering luxury architectural homes across Sydney's North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. This role will suit someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional quality, enjoys working collaboratively, and is confident managing all aspects of a project from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of luxury residential projects

Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor performance

Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard of quality and client satisfaction

Lead and mentor Site Managers, Supervisors, and Contract Administrators

Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and consultants

About You

Background as a Project Manager or Senior CA

Excellent financial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills

Strong attention to detail and knowledge of architectural builds

Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
