“What I love most about Better Rehab is it gives OTs an opportunity to manage diverse caseloads and develop our clinical skills. We have excellent clinical supervision structures and opportunities for peer to peer support. These opportunities combined with our significant Better Rewards benefits and flexible working arrangements ensure a positive and supportive team culture.”
Jack – OT
Just a minute's walk to budget-friendly margaritas for those cheeky after-work Thursday drinks and down the road from the biggest conti rolls you've ever seen, this location has it all. You’ll be joining a large, sociable team of 19 clinicians, including 10 Occupational Therapists ranging from new graduates to seniors, as well as Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Positive Behaviour Support practitioners and an Allied Health Assistant. It’s a fun and collaborative environment where support is always close by and good vibes are part of the everyday.
You'll experience a varied NDIS caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescriptions, home modification management and general therapy skills.
Day-to-day you will:
- Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
- Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
- Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

About You
We're after Occupational Therapists who get restless when they see room for improvement and aren't afraid to speak up about it. Who have a fire in their belly about participant care and treat participant goals like personal missions, not just checkboxes on a form.
The ones who have the courage to challenge ideas (yes, even ours) when participant’s interests are at stake.
If this sounds like you, we might just be right for each other.
You will also hold:
- Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis
- A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
- An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship will be considered.
