Clustered Travel Model: We strategically group your clients by location (Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, or Gold Coast) on specific days to significantly reduce travel time and burnout. You get to spend more time on client care and less time in the car.

Complete Autonomy: Choose your hours and location. Need to finish early for school pick-up or an appointment? Flex off when you’ve completed your client work.

We Handle the Admin: You focus on client care while our dedicated admin team manages the paperwork, billing, and scheduling, taking the admin burden off your plate.

What You’ll Do

As a Community Occupational Therapist, you’ll work across diverse settings to support disability and aged care clients through:

Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)

Assistive technology prescription

Home modifications & complex housing assessments

Aged care & NDIS reporting

Ongoing therapies and capacity building

Interdisciplinary case conferencing and mentoring

No two days are the same. Your work might involve home visits, remote report writing, equipment trials, or planning with builders.

Comprehensive Package & Benefits

Competitive Salary: Up to $115,000 (based on experience) + super.

Full Travel Reimbursement: Work-related travel paid monthly at 92c per km.

You will also hold:

Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

A valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle

Relevant checks (NDIS, WWCC, Police Check, or willing to obtain)

Professional Indemnity Insurance
