Griffith Almet Engineering are seeking Apprentice and Fully Qualified Welders to join our team in 2025! An exciting opportunity to work alongside an amazing team, gaining hands on experience while completing formal training in a supportive vibrant work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist senior boilermakers in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of trays and bullbars

Operate and maintain various hand and power tools, such as grinders, drills, and welding equipment

Perform welding, cutting, grinding and fitting tasks to ensure accurate assembly and alignment of metal components

Always adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe work environment

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Basic knowledge of welding techniques and equipment (depending on level of experience)
