The Opportunity: This is more than just a job; it’s a chance to build a real career. We are looking for a 2nd or 3rd-year apprentice, or a welder with some experience who is keen to get qualified. You'll get hands-on, practical experience to help you complete your trade certificate (e.g., Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication). Reporting to our Head of Fabrication, you will be mentored from our experienced team and learn what it takes to master your trade in a supportive and fast-paced workshop.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Assist the Head of Fabrication on a variety of manufacturing projects, including custom-made orders.

Follow instructions to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

Carry out cutting, drilling, and cleaning of staging components.

Perform basic welding of components (with training and guidance).

Operate all workshop machinery and tools safely and correctly.

Keep your work area clean, tidy, and free from hazards.

Always follow safety rules and wear the correct PPE.

Experienced: You have at least a year or two of welding or metal fabrication experience under your belt.
