Steele Steel is a manufacturing business regionally based out of West Wyalong, NSW. Long known for our quality & reputable agricultural machinery we're currently looking to expand our team. We're after an experienced and qualified Welder to come onboard, this will be a Fulltime Position.

The successful candidate will need to undertake and possess the following skills and abilities.

- Must be experienced in MIG welding

- Can weld vertically, horizontally and overhead.

- Be able to weld various metal thicknesses

- Cut, roll, shape, bend, mould, spin or hammer metal products to fabricate parts or sub-assemblies.

- Heat treats metal parts and components

- Set up and/or operate hand and machine tools, welding equipment.

- Assemble parts and structures by lining up and joining them by welding, bolting or riveting.

- Finish products by cleaning, sanding, filing or by applying protective or decorative coatings.

Skills & Abilities:

- Certificate III in Engineering (Welding Fabrication) or equivalent qualification

- Minimum of three years’ experience in this role or similar

- Ability to work in a team environment.

Salary range / wages are paid based on experience. To be successful in this role you require a minimum of 3 years qualified & certified work experience in a similar role.
