We specialise in the supply of quality Welders; Our brand has partnered with a business that is looking for a Fabricator Welder, in a leading hand position.

The opportunity

Working with a prominent organisation in Eastlakes this company focus on both workshop & site works. Their goal is to provide their clients with high-precision builds, sophisticated designs, and reliable, transparent service.

This is a key role for the business, and you will be overseeing 3-4 welders, with a combination of workshop and site works.

About you;

Qualified Welder Fabricator

Minimum 5+ years' experience as a qualified welder fabricator in structural steelwork

Expertise in handrails, balustrades, staircase, structural steel

Plan reading

On site works

Factory

Experience leading a team

Cert III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade or equivalent welding qualification

Current welding tickets (specify MIG, TIG, stick welding as required)

Minimum 2-3 years' experience supervising welding teams or leading fabrication projects

Australian work rights (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)

White card (Construction Induction Training)

Current driver's licence for site travel

Knowledge of WHS regulations and safety procedures

Experience implementing safety protocols in workshop and site environments
