About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Cook to join our team at Roumeli Otis Vic Pty Ltd in Essendon, VIC. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious meals to delight our customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking menu items to the highest standard

Ensuring all food service operations adhere to health and safety regulations

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Collaborating with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies

Providing exceptional customer service and responding to any queries or requests

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook in a similar hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Excellent time management and multitasking skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen

Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
