THE ROLE

In this ongoing role, you'll report to the Manager of the Acquisition & Divestment team and help keep properties safe, compliant and well maintained. You'll identify maintenance needs, assess property condition and ensure contractors meet standards for cost, quality and timeliness.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

  • Inspect properties (desktop and onsite) and report on conditions and arrange maintenance when required.
  • Prepare clear, detailed reports on property works to meet government standards.
  • Make sure maintenance jobs are completed to the quality and service standards required.
  • Oversee or support projects to meet all regulations and guidelines.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Analytical and a problem solver; able to come up with practical solutions.
  • Organised and adaptable so can handle plans changing.
  • Able to build strong relationships and work closely with your stakeholders to deliver the right outcomes.
  • Confident applying the NCC and Australian Standards.
