THE ROLE
As the Senior Property Transactions Officer, you'll play a key role in managing property acquisition and divestment strategies that support the High-rise Redevelopment Program and strengthen Victoria's public housing portfolio.
Reporting to the Manager, Acquisition and Divestment, you'll oversee the purchase, sale and leasing of government property through strategic program planning. You'll also provide guidance and coaching to colleagues on program requirements, processes and legislation to ensure best practice and compliance.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Lead property purchase, sale and leasing transactions.
- Develop and deliver strategies to meet program goals.
- Manage resources and guide a high-performing team.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong background in property, with knowledge of Victorian Government Land Monitor policy and residential market.
- Excellent communicator with experience engaging diverse stakeholders in complex environments.
- Manage projects including resources, budgets, forecasting and reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills to analyse, maintain and present data at a high level.
