The Opportunity
As an Associate Landscape Architect, you’ll play a key leadership role within a growing team — managing a variety of complex, high-profile projects while supporting the Team Lead in design direction, client engagement and mentoring junior team members.
In this role, you will:

- Lead the design of civic precincts, residential communities, parklands, and urban renewal projects.
- Support business development activities, including tender submissions and fee proposals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated and creative outcomes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to developing landscape architects.
About You
You’re a qualified and ideally AILA-registered Landscape Architect with strong design, technical and project delivery skills. You’re comfortable managing medium to large-scale projects and enjoy the collaboration that comes with working in a multidisciplinary consultancy.
You’ll bring:
- Experience across subdivisions, streetscapes, playspaces, wetlands and other public realm projects.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project management processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign highly regarded).
- A collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring others.
Why You’ll Love It Here
You’ll be joining a progressive, employee-focused organisation that values innovation, teamwork and professional growth. Their culture is supportive, flexible and built on genuine collaboration.
What’s on offer:
- Ongoing training, mentoring and career progression pathways.
- Genuine flexibility and hybrid working arrangements.
- Health and wellbeing initiatives to support work-life balance.
- A friendly, inclusive and design-led culture where your work makes an impact.
