A new opportunity has become available to join one of the worlds leading CRO's. This company have been in the industry for over 40 years and have a huge stamp in the clinical research space and offer a variety of project scope across oncology & haematology, cardiovascular, respiratory, ophthalmology and many others.

This company have won many awards for their global tailored training programmes and have a programme in place specifically for CRA employees to move into project management.

Offering 6-8 site visits per month to ensure a healthier work life balance.

They are hiring for a Senior CRA . This role will suit someone with at least 18 months independent monitoring experience.

This will be joining their core team and will see you managing multiple projects across phases I-III. You will be working with cross-functional sponsors and have a variety of project scope and so will suit anyone wanting to up-skill in certain areas.

Suitable for experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRA) with at least 18 months independent monitoring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Working on global clinical trials across phases I-III, across oncology, cardiovascular, neurology and other therapeutic areas.

Independently conduct regular site visits, this includes site selection, initiation, monitoring, through to close out and database lock.

Responsible for ensuring correct clinical documentation, such as CRF, to ensure sites are compliant in line with relevant industry guidelines.

Training and mentoring junior members of staff.

Required Skillset:

At least 2 years' experience working as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in the pharmaceutical/life science industry with 18 months independent monitoring.

Degree educated in a related scientific field.

Experienced independent monitoring.

Title: Snr CRA, Senior Clinical Research Associate

Salary: Circa $140k (inclusive of car allowance) plus superannuation
