About the Role:

As a Building Coordinator, you’ll guide clients through their Knock Down Rebuild (KDR) journey — ensuring every stage, from contract to settlement, runs smoothly. You’ll act as the main liaison between clients, suppliers, and internal departments, providing clear communication and a professional, friendly experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communications and updates across all build stages
• Schedule key milestones and appointments
• Prepare, track, and finalise documentation
• Coordinate client variations and supplier interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a Building Coordinator, Client Liaison, or similar role within residential construction
• Knock Down Rebuild (KDR) experience highly regarded
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and customer focus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
