Nurse Next Door Penrith is rapidly growing, and we are seeking experienced AINs, Disability Support Workers and Community Support Workers to join our team for both Day Shifts and Night Shifts!

Multiple Positions Available

Our skilled team of Caregivers are dedicated to delivering flexible in-home support care to our clients.

At Nurse Next Door Penrith, we are currently seeking candidates for multiple clients.

Candidates who are excellent drivers who can drive a wheelchair accessible van

Candidates who have experience using a stand-up lifter or hoist and a shower chair/commode

Helpful but not essential: If you have an understanding of Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
and understand someone who has an SPC (no care required for this)

Candidates who are available for Night Shifts across weekdays and weekends

Candidates with higher availability will be provided with preference

Disability/Community Support Workers with 2+ years of experience are highly regarded

What you’ll bring to our team!

As a dedicated, self-led leader who is passionate about making a difference, you will take responsibility for your own success through:

Your ability to develop rapport with clients quickly

Exercise your natural empathy

Being reliable and always on time to the client's home.

Desire to make lives better for clients in their own home and in the community

2+ years experience in community/aged care/disability

Able to identify and report client care concerns to the Care Designers

A great communicator with strong skills in speaking and writing in English. Other languages will be an asset!

As we provide support to our clients 24/7, the ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, across weekends and evenings is advantageous.
