NLS is a passionate and growing disability support provider dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives. We’re looking for compassionate, energetic, and reliable support workers to join our team, with roles available across Sydney, including the Hills District, Inner West and West of Parramatta.

As part of our team, you’ll support clients with daily living, transport, personal care, and community participation. Flexible hours, varied shifts, and meaningful work make this a great opportunity for both experienced staff and enthusiastic newcomers.

Available Roles

Transport Support – Inner West / West of Parramatta

Flexible availability, including weekends

Duties: Mostly transport and providing hands-on support as required

Ideal for someone comfortable driving larger vehicles where needed

Support Work – Hills District / Sydney

Flexible availability, including Saturdays

Duties: Daily living support, community access, personal care, transport, building meaningful connections

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable, flexible, and compassionate individuals

Driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle

Experience in disability support, personal care, behaviour support

Willingness to work across multiple locations (where applicable)
