Our client is a leading landscape gardening company, with various construction projects across the Perth Metro Area. As a result of ongoing growth, they are seeking a Commercial Maintenance Manager in a full-time position, looking for career growth within the industry.

What will be my responsibilities?

• Manage daily operations across various commercial landscape sites, overseeing a team of approximately 40 team members.
• Supporting the maintenance teams to ensure high performance and team development.
• Oversee scheduling, resource planning, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards.
• Collaborate with admin teams and represent the company in client communications and key projects.
