Randstad has partnered exclusively with one of the largest logistics company in WA! Due to continued growth our client based in the Perth CBD are looking for a Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant to join their team. This is a temp to perm role - after 2-3 months you wil transition to permanency with the client.
Your Duties:
- Provide a professional service to the business by welcoming all clients, visitors and guests in a friendly manner
- Processing PO's and Invoices
- Liaising with finance team
- Assist with other clerical tasks as requested
About you:
- Microsoft Office experience (essential)
- Strong accounts and administration experience (essential)
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
