Due to continued business growth, we are looking for an administration/operational superstar to join our small team in Pinjarra.
As the Project Admin/Coordinator, you will be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties and general support activities for the Operations Team.
To be considered for this role, all applicants will be required to meet the following criteria as a minimum.
Strong communication skills;
Excellent attention to detail;
Super organised and adaptable to changing scopes;
Thrive under pressure and think logically
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint
Some experience with Xero/Quickbooks/MYOB
Ability to follow systems and processes
Previous experience on mine or construction sites
Responsibilities include:
Project Administration - project creation, procurement, logistics and close out
Purchasing - supplier quotes, raising purchase orders, goods receipting
Doc Control - maintaining project documentation
Accounts Payable - processing supplier invoices
Supplier Communication - order status
