Assistant Product Developer – Food & Beverage (Part-Time)

This leading QSR Franchise Brand is on the lookout for a part-time Assistant Product Developer to join our team. This is the perfect role for someone who’s recently graduated or early in their career and wants hands-on experience in bringing exciting new products to life.

What you’ll be doing

Assist with the development of new drinks and menu items

Run taste testing and product validation (including blind taste tests & sensory trials)

Help manage our test kitchen and keep inventory organised

Support the team with purchase orders and general admin

Keep food specifications and safety documents up to date

Prepare for product trials and sensory assessments

Work with our Training team on content for store training videos

What we’re looking for

A recent graduate or early-career professional with studies in Food Science, Nutrition, Food Technology, or Hospitality Management (or relevant industry experience)

Passionate about food, beverages, and product innovation

Organised and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn

Comfortable juggling hands-on kitchen work with structured documentation

A great communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional team
