Our client, located in the north-eastern suburbs, is a leading Australian engineering company specialising in advanced motion technology and precision manufacturing. What’s in it for you:

Monday to Thursday 6 am-2:40 pm. Friday 6 am-12:10 pm

From $48-52 per hour based on experience

Temp-to-perm opportunities for reliable and high-performing candidates

Ongoing, stable work with consistent hours – Monday to Friday required.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Operating, setting up, and/or programming CNC machines, including:

3-5 Axis Machines

OKUMA, HAAS & MAZAK machines.

Using Mastercam 2024 for programming and toolpath optimisation

Reading and interpreting technical drawings

Conducting quality checks and maintaining accuracy within tight tolerances

Following all safety policies and procedures

Who we are looking for:

Experience in CNC operation, setup, and/or programming

Exposure to steel machining or precision components manufacturing

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Willingness to work across Day, Afternoon, or Night shifts

Positive, safety-focused attitude and team spirit
