Are you looking to expand on your experience in the steel industry? We are seeking multiple machine operators to operate steel reinforcing machinery, such as Off-coil, Shearline and Manual bending machines.
About the job:
- Operating machines such as (Off-coil, shearline and manual bending machines)
- Using machinery to cut and bend steel reinforcing bars to size.
- Coordinating with management and QA.
- Using overhead cranes to transport product.
- Day and afternoon shifts available - Salisbury South location.
- Reading plans and orders to create a finished product.
About you:
- Punctual and reliable
- Previous experience in a steel environment
- Able to work solo and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and help out in other areas of production
- Able to read plans and orders to produce a final product
