About the Company:
Fantastic opportunity for an Accounts Payable and Payroll Officer to join a dynamic organisation based in Macquarie Park (free-parking + 2 days WFH). You will be joining a friendly and collaborative environment, reporting to the Accounts Payable Lead.

Note: Please apply as soon as possible as the client is hiring immediately to start late October.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the finance team with high volume transactional AP activities including month end/year end processes, bank reconciliations, etc.
• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, accounts payable and receivable.
• Assisting with external audits
• Reviewing reports for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build positive relationships and achieve business goals
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the finance team
• Foreign Exchange (FX) Transaction Recording
• Payroll Processing (Weekly & Monthly)
• Weekly Intercompany Invoicing.
• Environmental Reporting
• Processing of Storage & Delivery invoice, (average around 150-200 Invoices Monthly)

About you:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in any large ERP system is ideal (Oracle, SAP etc).
• Demonstrate the ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Effective and adaptive communication skills.
• Motivated, driven and a team-player.
