Are you a passionate Dynamics CRM Developer looking to make a significant impact in a leading sports-based government agency?

Resolve Recruit is partnering with a leading Commonwealth Government agency to find a highly skilled Dynamics CRM Developer. In this role, you'll leverage your Dynamics CRM expertise to contribute to meaningful projects that enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery to Australia's sporting community.

This is a full-time position with flexibility to structure your working arrangements in a way that best suits you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement customised Dynamics CRM solutions to meet complex business requirements
• Create detailed technical specifications and documentation for CRM enhancements
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for existing application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment and integration of Dynamics CRM systems with other business systems.
• Ensure security, data integrity and compliance requirements are met across all CRM implementations.

Key Experience and Skills:

• Strong experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
• Proficiency in programming/software development with ability to design, code, test and refactor complex programs
• Experience with systems design using appropriate modelling techniques and architectures.
• Knowledge of systems integration and build processes
• Experience in software configuration and release deployment methodologies.
