What will you be doing?

Guide customers in selecting outdoor gear and apparel suited to their needs and adventures

Share your expertise on local walking tracks, hiking routes, and outdoor activities

Deliver outstanding service and build lasting customer relationships

Upskill continuously through in-store training in product knowledge, service, and adventure guidance

Participate in sustainability initiatives and support the brand's environmental programs

Who are you?

Passionate about the outdoors and adventure, with strong knowledge of local walking tracks

Energetic, customer-focused, and eager to share your enthusiasm with others

Previous retail experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn and grow is equally valued

Flexible to work a 40-hour week (Tuesday-Saturday) with some variation if required

What's on offer?

Level 1: $63k + Super / Level 3: $67k + Super, depending on experience
