Community Registered Nurse - Home Care

Part-time opportunity available for an Aged Care Registered Nurse, with a Community/Residential background, to join this progressive provider.

About the Role:

• Daily duties include Wound Care, Catheterisation, Medication Administration, compliance management, chronic care, diabetes management, and pain monitoring.
• Covering the North Sydney portfolio
• Work with Home Care clients with manageable case loads
• Strong staff support - report to an experienced Manager
• Work with a friendly and welcoming team of nurses
• Full training and orientation provided

Role Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Have recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a community or residential environment
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Need to have their own car and be able to travel across Sydney
