DNA Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a respected residential aged care organisation, providing in‑home care in the Port Macquarie area. This role is approximately 50% office‑based and 50% in the field, visiting clients in their homes.

You will work with an organisation that values empathy, dignity, and consistently high standards of care. In this role you will be supported with extensive training and mentorship by a Clinical Nurse Specialist and Clinical Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and wound care in clients’ homes
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans
• Manage care transitions following hospital discharge
• Monitor clients’ health and wellbeing, ensuring high standards of support and safety
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an aged care environment
• Registered Nurse (RN), current AHPRA registration
• Full Australian working rights
• Proficiency in documentation and record keeping
• Self‑motivated, caring, and client‑centred approach
