Registered Nurse - Aged Care

Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for providing high-quality care? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a supportive team with a leading residential aged care provider based near Gosford.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional high quality clinical care to all residents
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Report into an experienced and supportive Clinical Care Manager and Facility Manager
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for residents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.

Requirements:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Full Australian working rights
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong commitment & passion for providing person-centered care.
