About the role

Lumos Advisory is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Junior/Receptionist to join our team in Ballina, NSW. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and growing advisory firm, providing key administrative and front-of-house support.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner

Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning and organising office supplies

Maintaining a well-organised and tidy reception area

Providing support to the wider team as required

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
