About the role

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team at our brand new office in Oran Park, NSW. This is a full-time position that will see you playing a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth running of our busy banking and property law practice.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a warm and professional manner

Answering and screening incoming calls, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member

Providing administrative support, including managing mail, photocopying, and filing

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Assisting with various office tasks as required to support the team

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role (ideally in a professional environment)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software applications

A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work autonomously
