Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule technicians for both reactive and planned fire protection services

Manage work orders, service reports, and all job-related documentation

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication

Prepare and process quotes, purchase orders, and invoices

Maintain compliance documentation and ensure WHS records are up to date

Assist in improving internal systems and service delivery processes

About You

Previous experience in a service or project coordination role within the fire protection industry

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail

Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills

Proficient in service management systems such as Uptick, Procore, and Microsoft Office

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
