What You'll Be Doing:
Support selling our full range of tools and services to support our equipment
Use and refine sales scripts to win new customer and engage with existing customers
Keep customer updated and spot trends
Prep and coordinate tooling for customer demonstrations
Collaborate with sales, customer service, warehouse and workshop

What You'll Bring:
Minimum 2+ years customer service or sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude and an openness to feedback and willingness to learn
Technical aptitude— good at understanding how things work, solving problems, and using tools, machinery or technology
Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Physically fit (able to lift tools up to 20kg)
Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to customer sites (ad hoc basis)
Permanent work rights in Australia (citizen or permanent residency). No sponsorship or temporary visas.
