We are seeking an experienced General Manager who will oversee all aspects of Mures Fishing — and lead the next stage of its growth and development.

Reporting to the Directors, the General Manager will:

Oversee the daily operations of the Mures Fishing factory and processing facilities, ensuring high standards of production, quality, compliance, and efficiency.

Lead and develop the management team and operational staff, building a strong high-performance culture.

Drive business growth by developing and executing clear, actionable strategies to expand markets, strengthen supply relationships, and improve commercial outcomes.

Ensure the business consistently meets financial targets, maintains product margins, and operates profitably.

Champion Mures’ sustainability values and uphold our reputation for excellence in seafood processing and supply.

We are looking for a General Manager who will:

Bring proven leadership experience in managing large-scale processing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations (seafood or FMCG experience highly regarded).

Understand the complexities of factory operations, production management, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Build and uphold an inclusive and positive workplace culture where all staff feel valued, supported, and engaged.

Apply strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, to ensure profitability and sustainability.
