Land Transport is a Leading National Road Transport company who specialists in General Freight Transport. Operating for over 40 years, we are dedicated to providing a safe work environment with job security.

Operating 12 depots and many agents this role requires reliable and experienced Interstate (long Distance) Drivers for the transporting of general freight between our various depots as well as our customer’s sites, Australia wide.

This role is suited to someone who has sound geographical knowledge, is flexible, enjoys seeing our country and who takes pride in their work.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have demonstrated experience in load restraint of general freight
• Has experience with various trailer types and combinations
• Must have a current MC licence
• Minimum 2 years interstate driving experience
• Road Ranger experience preferred but not essential, there are autos in our fleet
• Be efficient in completing the necessary delivery paperwork including run sheets, pre starts, work diaries and all necessary paperwork to complete each day’s work
• The holding of BFM is essential
• DG Licence or willing to obtain
• Forklift licence or willing to obtain
