Join our team at Oakford Stockfeeds , we are a local family owned and run business located in Oakford and Pinjarra WA. We supply a wide range of Equine & Pet supplies.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Storeperson/Customer Service team member to join our Oakford Stockfeeds team. This role is all about taking responsibility for looking after our customers, as this is what we pride ourselves on, our customers are at the heart of everything we do here.

Role Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service by ensuring each interaction with our customers is efficient, friendly, timely and accurate to ensure we create the best possible Customer Experience every time.

This role will require frequent physical demands as we load/unload supplies from deliveries and into our customers cars which will be up to 25kgs per item.

Using our Modern POS & Taking payments instore and over the phone.

General duties will include Sales, Data Entry, Merchandising, Stock receipt tasks, Cleaning around the premises and any additional tasks the manager on duty may have.

Merchandising and stock replenishment

Stock rotation and date checking

Packing deliveries and loading/unloading trucks

Key Skills and Experience Required:

A valid drivers licence is preferred but not required

A valid forklift licence is preferred but not required

Being physically fit is very important

Having a positive “can do” attitude and great communication skills

Being a Team Player is a must!
