Bp Flores Road ( Smartmart ) is a family run service station, it has been operating since 2005. It has a very loyal client base who use the site daily. It prides it self on its customer service and try's to deliver great customer service to both fuel and shop customers. it has a very busy kitchen which delivers excellent fresh food made daily and also has a great hot variety of food. there is also a barista coffee machine that gets very busy due to the excellent quality of the coffee being made.

For these positions, we are looking for people who:

have the right to work in Australia

a positive disposition is essential

are open, friendly and engaging with a focus on customer service, with up selling skill

motivated team player, able to follow company’s procedures and standards

maintain a high standard of shop front service and facilities

be vigilant about surroundings, such as fuel safety

retail/ barista experience looked upon favorably

strong commitment to high standard of safety and hygiene at all time

Duties including:

controlling safety on the forecourt

operating POS and promote up-selling

General cleaning tasks using approval chemicals

maintain a safe working environment

put stocks away

cash handling

For kitchen position, your duty also includes doing food preparation and food handling.
