Wanted Butcher and/or Smallgoods maker in the west suburb of Melbourne

Qualifications & Licence:

At least 2 years of working experience

Drivers Licence

Duties & responsibilities:

Skillful in cutting, trimming, deboning of different animals

Mincing, grinding and cutting meat to various shape and sizes for display.

Prepare meat for sale, customer service

Operate butcher equipment like band saw, mincer mixer, sausage filler, slicer, vacuum sealer, tenderiser.

Can work effectively within high pressure environment

Can work without supervision

Must be flexible as to workload & time management.

Strong communication & customer service

Preferred to be knowledgeable in Filipino delicacies (but not compulsory) (Chorizo, Longanisa, Tocino, Tapa, Barbeque),

Work Hours: Full time position (38hrs / week)

Hourly Rate: $39.00 per hour or $77,064 per annum
