Based in Moorabbin, we’re seeking a motivated appliance and white goods Service Technician to join our close‑knit team and support a growing portfolio of commercial clients. Appliance Services Australia specialises in preventative maintenance, repairs and installation of boiling water units, dishwashers, refrigerators, hand dryers, kitchen and laundry appliances, food waste disposers and more!

With an extensive list of commercial and corporate customers, you will not only upskill as a Service Technician, but you will work in a role where no two days are the same.

The Role
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on appliances.

Inspecting and diagnosing issues to identify the root cause and recommended solutions.

Maintaining detailed records of all work performed.

What you need to succeed

• Proven background in the commercial service industry

• Ability to work autonomously and confident customer facing skills

• Be highly organised and have the ability to work across varied systems to report on diagnostics, and overall maintenance findings

• Strong troubleshooting, fault finding and problem-solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We're Looking For

Experience with white goods or appliances as a Service Technician will be looked upon favorably

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues

Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide clear updates and instructions to stakeholders

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with other trades and departments
