We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fleet Allocator to join our Night Shift team based in Port of Brisbane.

Arvo/PM Shift: 4pm - 12am

You will be responsible for:

Allocation of fleet to ensure all customer requirements are met.

The timely and accurate updating of our Transport Management System (Maximus).

Ensure compliance with Fatigue Management, Maintenance Management, Chain of Responsibility.

All maintenance requirements are met as per service schedules.

Driving a safety-first culture across the Port of Brisbane business

High level of customer service within the team and with our internal and external stakeholders.

Point of contact for drivers throughout the day.

Communicating/escalating any issues or delays.

About You:

Experience in wharf fleet allocation.

Experience with A Double fleet.

Strong knowledge in container transport

Previous experience with ‘Maximus’ desirable

A 'can do' attitude with a strong focus on customer service and a safety mindset.

The ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

An understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Fatigue Management.

Understanding of container releases and vessel cut-offs for exports

Local and regional area knowledge
