That's where you come in, you will bring your experience to help the company through its next phase of modernisation with systems and processes. You will be pivotal in growing revenue while also growing proiftabilty through finding efficiencies. This is a leadership role working alongside the owners.

About you and responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience taking a business through significant growth
• Industrial / Manufacturing background
• Foreign Currency management
• Commodities trading
• CPA, CA or CIMA qualification
• Experience working wsith a vehicle fleet
• Demonstrated systems and process implementation
• Curious, explore facets of the business to understand the big picture
• Hands-on mentality
• Budgets, forecasts, modelling
• Reporting
• Team management
