About the Role

AlertForce is seeking a proactive and organised Venue Coordinator ato join our growing team in Mitchell, ACT.

In this part-time position, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day coordination of our training venue and provide high-quality support to trainers and students. You will be the first point of contact at our training centre, ensuring our operations run efficiently and that every participant has a positive learning experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Opening and preparing the training venue each morning to ensure rooms and resources are ready for scheduled courses.

Providing high-quality administrative support for RTO operations, including student enrolments, course scheduling, attendance records, and certificate processing.

Delivering exceptional customer service to students and trainers — greeting arrivals, handling enquiries, and assisting with on-site needs.

Assisting with assessment coordination, including processing results and filing documentation in accordance with RTO compliance standards.

Supporting trainers with daily requirements such as room setup and materials preparation.

Maintaining venue presentation, equipment, and stock levels for training materials.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in administration, student services, or RTO operations (preferred).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.

Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and database systems.

Reliability and punctuality — early morning starts are essential.
