About the Role
This Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role is pivotal in driving financial transparency, compliance, and strategic planning across diverse funding streams. Reporting to the Finance & Grants Manager, the position blends financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and grant management with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and business partnering.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and review monthly P&L reports, quarterly submissions, and annual consolidated reports.
- Develop and maintain budgets, reforecasts, and rolling forecasts across multiple programs.
- Provide financial insights, scenario modelling, and ad hoc reporting to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with funding agreements, sector regulations, and reporting standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to resolve queries and support training on financial systems.
About You
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA/CA highly desirable).
- Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Exposure to community, healthcare, or NFP sectors advantageous.
- Proficiency with financial systems such as Epicor, Prophix, PowerBI (or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and partner across teams.
