We’re working with a busy and supportive dental practice in Stafford Heights that’s looking for a full-time Clinical Coordinator to join their team.
This role is ideal for a Senior Dental Assistant who’s ready for more responsibility and genuine career progression.

About the role

Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure smooth workflow

Provide chairside support across a wide range of dental procedures

Supervise and mentor junior staff

Oversee infection control, sterilisation, and compliance processes

Support dentists and patients with clear communication and organisation

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Senior Dental Assistant

Strong understanding of infection control and clinical protocols

Excellent communication and leadership skills

A proactive, organised, and professional team player

Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred)
