What You'll Do

Depending on your role, you may:

Provide chairside assistance to a high clinical standard - four-handed dentistry a bonus

Follow sterilisation protocols with precision and care

Create warm, friendly and professional first impressions at reception

Manage bookings, payments (HiCaps), and treatment enquiries

Help patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care

Step in to support teammates wherever needed, across all four clinics

You’ll Fit Right In If You…

Have experience in a private dental practice (Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is a plus!)

Have worked in an role within an a role where premium service was a priority (because we will train excellent candidates who align with our values)

Have a calm and warm but professional communication style — even under pressure

Are organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

Love working in a fast-paced, supportive, team-first environment

Are willing to travel between clinics (with notice)
